PRIVACY POLICY
I have drawn up this data protection declaration in order to explain to you, in accordance with the EU data protection basic regulation, what information I collect, how I use data and what decision-making options you have as a visitor to this website. Unfortunately, it is in the nature of things that these explanations sound very technical, but I have tried to describe the most important things as simply and clearly as possible.
The provider (respectively his webspace provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data subsequently if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.
Nowadays, when you visit websites, certain information is created and stored automatically, as is the case on this website. When you visit our website as you are doing now, our web server (computer on which this website is stored) automatically saves data such as the IP address of your device, the addresses of the sub-pages you visit, details about your browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, …) and the date and time. I do not use this data and generally do not pass it on, but I cannot exclude the possibility that this data may be viewed in the event of illegal behaviour.
Personal data that you transmit to us electronically on this website, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address or other personal details when submitting a form, together with the time and IP address, will only be used by us for the purpose stated in each case, will be stored securely and will not be passed on to third parties. I use your personal data therefore only for communication with those visitors who expressly wish to contact us and for processing the services and products offered on this website. I will not pass on your personal data without your consent, but I cannot exclude the possibility that this data may be viewed in the event of unlawful behaviour. If you send us personal data by e-mail - thus off this website - I cannot guarantee secure transmission and protection of your data. I recommend that you never send confidential data by e-mail without encryption.
You are basically entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority, whose websites you can find at https://www.dsb.gv.at/.
In accordance with the provisions of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) applicable from 25 May 2018, I hereby inform you that consent to the sending of e-mail addresses is given on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a, 7 DSGVO and § 7 (2) no. 3, or (3) UWG. The use of the MailChimp service provider, the execution of the statistical surveys and analyses as well as the logging of the registration procedure are based on our legitimate interests according to article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO. I am interested in the use of a user-friendly and secure newsletter system, which serves our business interests and meets the expectations of the users. I would also like to point out that you can object to the future processing of your personal data at any time in accordance with the legal requirements under Art. 21 DSGVO. The objection can be made in particular against processing for the purposes of direct advertising.
