What's the news?

I am currently managing multiple parallel IT projects in the public sector and have recently successfully delivered an infrastructure and an system replacement project. 

In the past, I was also responsible for the data migration in a large-scale and complex multinational finance program, where one of the banks major systems was replaced by a new solution. The endeavor had a complex stakeholder structure and IT landscape, consisting of multiple banks and various international vendors, all on different locations.

The new system was rolled out to several physically distributed independent entities and it improved performance by automating routine tasks and offered additional services, including a better service quality to internal and external customers and provided more flexibility on business site by significantly shortening the time to market of new products.

Prior to this, I have successfully delivered both; a major system upgrade project and a software selection prestudy, with the focus on analyzing and selecting a proper solution able to replace an outdated system and improve productivity by gaining substantial and sustainable value to banks customers and day-to-day business users.
